The Virtual Production Unlocked workshop is open for professionals in the film industry regardless of their previous VP experience. This includes for example Writers, Producers, Set Runners, DoPs, Art Department, Gaffer & Grip, etc.

Olaf Sperwer serves as Business Development for Virtual Production and Broadcast at ROE Visual. He studied media economics and media psychology in Bonn, Germany, and began his career at RTL/CLT Media Group. He later held a leading management role at RTL/CLT Media Holding, where he oversaw the creation of Europe's largest film and TV studio, MMC Studios in Cologne. With a keen interest in new technologies, Sperwer implemented RTL's first virtual studio for news broadcasts RTL NEWS. He has extensive experience as a senior consultant and supervisor on high-end film and TV productions across the USA and EMEA, focusing on supporting film and broadcast teams with premium real-time immersive technology solutions.
Adrian Weber is a virtual production supervisor based in Berlin. Over the past years, among other things, he has been responsible for setting up, operating, and supervising productions at the Halostage in Babelsberg, Germany. Since going freelance, Adrian has made it his mission to bring the right combination of technologies, systems and software to productions of any size all over the world.
Adrian's skills as a real-time expert have been utilized in a number of major film productions, broadcasts, and industry projects, including Euphoria, Poor Things (Searchlight), Crooks (Netflix), Constellation (AppleTV+), Role Play (Amazon Prime), as well as industry clients like Mercedes Benz, VW, the E-Sports World Cup and many more.
Being involved in theatrical productions from a young age, Jelle embarked on a journey to pursue his career in the entertainment industry, culminating in a master's degree in electro-technical engineering.
Joining ROE Visual as a trainee, Jelle swiftly immersed himself in virtual product technology, emerging as one of our resident experts in LED processing, media servers, and camera technology. Being extremely adept at everything software related, Jelle also developed the new ROE Visual suite of apps. As a dedicated ROE Visual Tech team member, Jelle also leads ROE Academy lectures, showcasing his enthusiasm and expertise.
